This year I am carrying a small batch (just 26 skeins) of Cotswold/Romney blend yarn. The fleece was purchased at the New York Sate Sheep Festival in October last year. It originates from a small farm in Central Pennsylvania and was milled at Battenkill Valley Fibers, Inc., Greenwich NY. Both the Cotswold and Romney fleeces take up the dye colors beautifully and the yarn can be used for knitting, weaving and crocheting outerwear as well as household items.
Available in 100 gm/3.5 ounce skeins in DK weight. This yarn has been dyed with gardenia fruit, Cantharellus cinnabarinus mushrooms, and blackberry leaves.
